I have been working in education for over 10 years, first in a community based organization, a classroom teacher, an equity coordinator, and now a school based instructional coach in the NYC Department of Education. I am extremely passionate about educating all learners and supporting teachers to ensure student achievement. My core values as an instructional leader are: Trust, Transparency, and Teamwork.
